March 26, 2019 – High number of sexual assault complaints against Waterloo region police: SIU data
Numbers from Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit show Waterloo Regional Police Service has the highest number of sexual assault complaints against officers compared to other Ontario police services who serve similar sized populations. After reviewing the data from the SIU from 2017 to 2019, I break the numbers down with Craig Norris on CBC’s Morning Edition. The tape talk is here.
